You may use IntoLeads only in accordance with these terms, applicable laws, and any order form, subscription agreement, or written agreement between you and IntoLeads.

You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide and for maintaining the confidentiality of credentials associated with your account.

Customer data

You retain ownership of data, content, and materials you submit to the services. You grant IntoLeads the rights needed to host, process, transmit, and display customer data to provide and improve the services.

You are responsible for ensuring that you have the necessary rights and permissions to provide customer data to IntoLeads.

Restrictions

You may not misuse the services, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with platform operation, reverse engineer non-public components, or use the services to violate law or third-party rights.

You may not use IntoLeads outputs as the sole basis for decisions that require independent professional judgment.

Subscriptions and fees

Paid services are billed according to the applicable order form or subscription terms. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated in a written agreement.

We may suspend access for overdue amounts, security risks, or material violations of these terms.

Disclaimers and liability

The services are provided on an as-is and as-available basis except as expressly stated in a written agreement. We do not guarantee that the services will be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, IntoLeads will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
